A cube-style game makeover transforms an old garment workshop into a bohemian loft.
 
The owners fell in love with this former garment workshop and its unusual proportions. But after living there for a year, they realized the space didn’t suit their needs: a bedroom that was too small, three charming but unusable mezzanines, outdated sanitary facilities… They called on the Épicène agency to reorganize the spaces and adapt them for remote work, without losing the charm and distinctive character of the place.
